Disability Access Facilitation Plans

Most domestic and some international airlines and airport operators in Australia now have a Disability Access Facilitation Plan (DAFP). The aim of each plan is to provide detailed information on how they (the airlines and the airport operators) intend to meet the needs of customers with disabilities.

How do I use it?
The Australian Government publishes links to plans of airline and airport operators that have been published on the internet. Look at what your airline and airport offer for your next plane journey especially in relation to managing departure, transfer and arrival processes including check in, security screening and using wheelchairs in airport and on board.
