Personal alarm care alert systems - COTA NSW fact sheet

How do I use it?

The person needing assistance usually wears a special pendant or bracelet that has a button that can be pushed to activate the call for assistance.

When the pendent is pressed, the base unit phones pre-set contacts. Care alert systems are provided by commercial providers.
