Rebate on electricity costs for people who hold eligible concession cards issued by the Australian Department of Human Services or the Department of Veterans Affairs and who hold an electricity account or are a long term resident of residential communities (caravan and mobile home parks) and retirement villages who receive electricity bills from their community operators.
