How do I use it?

Many instances of genetic discrimination are unlawful but there are some circumstances when insurers can lawfully use genetic and other medical information in issuing policies and setting premiums. Find out about what you can do if you believe that you have experienced unlawful or unfair genetic discrimination. Genetic discrimination is the denial of rights, privileges, or opportunities or any other adverse treatment based solely on genetic information (including family history).
