How do I use it?
By submitting an application form that includes a section that your GP has to complete. Eligibility includes having a diagnosis of MND. You will receive a licence-style card to display in your vehicle when you park. When you apply for a Mobility Parking Scheme permit in ACT, you will also be issued an Australian Disability Parking Permit.
