How do I use it?

Patrols are only able to attend if the person is out of the wheelchair. NRMA cannot lift a person out of a wheelchair. The patrols are unable to provide a replacement tyre or a new battery. If the person requiring assistance is at home, the patrol will arrive within 24hrs (because the person is in a safe location). If the wheelchair/scooter has broken down away from home (e.g. inside a shopping centre) the NRMA will attend as soon as they can. You may be charged for the tyre repair.
